Tour Guidelines And Conditions

  • Dress code for Gents: Dhoti, Shirt, Kurtha, Paizama.
  • Dress code for LADIES: Saree, Chudidhar With Dupatta.
  • All Tourists should carry/produce their personal (in original) ID cards with them during the entire tour.
  • Hair Tonsure/Hair Cut is possible, but no special arrangements made for that, passengers has to arrange and after that join with the group.
  • A ticket confirmation email and SMS is sent along with the Driver/ Tour operator contact numbers.
  • Passengers are requested to contact Tour operator or Driver for boarding point or vehicle-related queries.
  • Passengers are requested to cooperate with the tour operator if the vehicle is delayed due to traffic or any other reasons.
  • Passengers are requested to reach the boarding point 10 mins before the departure time.
  • Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings throughout the trip.
  • Time taking for Dharma Darshan is not fixed. Based on that day crowd and situations it may take minimum of 8-10 hours and some days even more than that.
  • Note: Bestbus.in is an Online Booking agency, we are not Tour Operators.
  • Note: If passenger entered wrong details or spell mistakes or gender mistake while making bookings, in such case BestBus is not responsible for any issue in TTD Darshan, because your TTD Darshan tickets will be confirmed based on the details you provided. Incase passenger noticed this kind of mistakes after booking immediately, they have to contact BestBus Customer Care by forwarding required documents (if required). Once ticket booked, all passenger details will be sent to the tour operator. So, the operator only has the access to change the details.
  • Change of Pilgrim name / Details will not be allowed under any circumstances once ticket is generated.

  • Request to the Local Travel Agencies/Local Travel Guides/Internet Centers/Any Other Online Booking Centers: Please do not mislead the Passengers about the TTD Darshan Packages, before booking please explain all Terms & Conditions about the package and provide booking for them.
  • If any of the Booking Agency/Individuals mislead the Passengers, Bestbus is not responsible in that case.
  • All Tourists should board from Selected Boarding point only (Hyderabad).
  • In case of any sudden breakdown or unforeseen incident and service cancellation due to low occupancy, the BestBus/Tour Operator will not be liable for any compensation or damages. Notwithstanding the above, the service provider/company will initiate all possible prompt and appropriate action to recover the situation there upon.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any stolen luggage, compensation or damages, if occur during your journey, but instead of that the company will help you in every possible way to make you recover from the situation.
  • Bestbus is an online ticketing platform. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus/tour operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus/tour operators.

Bestbus Responsibilities Include

  • Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its network of bus/tour operators.
  • Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
  • Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience.

Bestbus Responsibilities Do Not Include

  • The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time.
  • The tour operator's employees being rude.
  • The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
  • The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
  • The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
  • The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
  • The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
  • The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
  • The departure time mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • Amenities for this bus as shown on Bestbus have been configured and provided by the bus provider (bus operator). These amenities will be provided unless there are some exceptions on certain days. Please note that Bestbus provides this information in good faith to help passengers to make an informed decision. The liability of the amenity not being made available lies with the operator and not with Bestbus.
  • Grievances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to Bestbus support team within 10 days of your travel date.
