Irani bistros are Iranian-style bistros in South Asia.They were initially opened by Zoroastrian Irani foreigners to present day India and Pakistan in the twentieth century.Today, Hyderabad brags the biggest number Irani cafés,which are exceptionally prevalent for Irani chai (tea).In the 1950s, there were 350 Irani bistros; today, just 25 remain.One of the most famous eating places is the 102-year-old Kyani Café, a legacy milestone in south Mumbai.
