A change is considered significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure.
* In case of a significant change, you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with available options. You may accept the cancellation and receive a refund of the payment made to us. However, no refund will be provided for services such as pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, extensions, or any other arrangements booked by you or your travel agent separately.
* In case of a force majeure situation where a departure has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of the amount paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation or change.
