* The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. All confirmed bookings are non-transferable and will attract cancellation charges as applicable.
* The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend the departure due to operational reasons or other conditions. Most changes may be minor, but in certain cases there could be significant changes. A change is considered significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure.
* In case of a significant change, you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with available options. You may accept the cancellation and receive a refund of the payment made to us. However, no refund will be provided for services such as pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, extensions, or any other arrangements booked by you or your travel agent separately.
* In case of a force majeure situation where a departure has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of the amount paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation or change.
* The prices mentioned are based on known costs at the time of launching the tour and we do not expect to make any changes. However, in case of unforeseen increases in national or local taxes or other factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.
* Events that cannot be foreseen or avoided even with due care which may include disruptions or diversions of air services, floods, earthquakes, war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, disease outbreaks, fire, or other similar events beyond control.
* We cannot accept liability or pay compensation if the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by force majeure events or if any damage or loss occurs due to such circumstances.
* We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or other claims that result from the acts or omissions of the person affected or any member of their party.
* We will not be responsible for any acts or omissions of third parties not connected with the arrangements provided by us, if such events were unforeseeable or unavoidable.
* We are not responsible for any services or facilities that are not arranged by us as part of the agreed travel arrangements.
* We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or expenses that could not have been reasonably foreseen based on the information provided at the time of booking.
* We are not responsible for any business losses under any circumstances.
* Any excursions, tours, or travel services arranged and paid for by you independently during the tour will be governed by the contract between you and the respective service provider. We will not be responsible for such arrangements.
* You must strictly follow the tour programme. No refund will be given if you fail to join the group at the start of the tour, join later, or leave the group before the completion of the tour for any reason.
* You are responsible for reporting to the company representative at the specified date, place, and time. Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show.
* No refund will be provided for any unutilized services under any circumstances.
* You are expected to behave responsibly during the tour and should not cause distress, inconvenience, or danger to other travellers.
